| Can it get any hotter and muggier?
After spending almost 2 weeks on the beach I decided it was time to head north. I was hoping to get away from the heat and humidity and by heading north I was hoping that would happen (although I knew that this was not to be the case). At home if you travel 12+ hours north at this time of year you will see a remarkable difference in weather. Not so in Thailand.
I left the beach and headed back to Bangkok and quickly exited again for a city north called Ayuthaya. This city is known for its many old Buddhist Wats (Temples). It is a World Heritage site and most of the Wats are within walking distance of the city.
